We confirm, then print
We send you a proof and confirm the price and date. Pay by EFT, and smaller orders can often be ready within a day.
Artwork tips
- Send the original photo from your phone, not a screenshot
- Logos: PNG, PDF or SVG are best. A clear JPG works too
- Names: check the spelling. We print exactly what you send
- Tell us your colours or party theme and we’ll match it
- No artwork? Choose “Please design it for me” (from R100)
Why sublimation?
Heat and pressure turn the ink into a gas that bonds into the coating of the item. The result:
- Photo-quality, full-colour prints
- No cracking or peeling like stickers and vinyl
- Prints right to the edges on many items
- Every item can be different at no extra cost

What is sublimation printing?
The ink is heat-pressed into the coating of the item, so the print becomes part of the surface. It’s full colour and photo quality, and it won’t crack, peel or wash off like a sticker or vinyl.
What artwork do you need?
A clear photo or a logo as JPG, PNG or PDF is perfect. The bigger and sharper, the better. Send it straight from your phone on WhatsApp. No artwork? Tell us your idea and we’ll design it.
Will I see the design before you print?
Yes. We send you a proof on WhatsApp and only print once you’re happy with it.
Can you print on black or cotton T-shirts?
Sublimation works on white and light-coloured polyester, which is why our shirts are soft polyester. The colours stay bright wash after wash. Dark cotton shirts need a different method, so we don’t offer them.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One mug is fine. Button badges are printed in sets of 10 or more.
Can every item have a different name?
Yes, at no extra cost. List the names one per line in “What should we print?”.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the job and the quantity. Smaller orders can often be ready within a day, bigger runs take a little longer. Add your “needed by” date and we’ll confirm the timing before we start.
How do I pay?
Payment is by EFT. We confirm your order, design and total on WhatsApp and send you our banking details.
Where are you based?
We’re in Cullinan, Gauteng. You’re welcome to collect your order here, and we deliver anywhere in South Africa.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes. We courier orders anywhere in South Africa. Choose “Courier to me” when you send your order and we’ll confirm the delivery cost for your area on WhatsApp before you pay.
